Why I do this

I ran plants for twenty years. Then I started helping the ones I'd have wanted to work in.

Mechanical engineering at Waterloo, then a production supervisor and plant manager at a Hamilton auto-parts supplier for eleven years. VP Operations at a Mississauga packaging company and a Cambridge plastics plant after that. Independent since 2021.
